Circumcision is removing the foreskin of a penis, the skin of which is the discarded and can't be put back on.

The foreskins function is to protect the sensitive skin at the tip of the penis. This skin is the most sensitive part of a male human body. When the foreskin is removed the sensitive skin hardens to protect the nerve endings at the tip of the penis thus reducing sensation. The only purpose of male circumcision is to reduce the feeling in the tip of the penis and as such it is male genital mutilation if done on children.
Some say circumcision is for hygiene reasons but this argument says more about the personal hygiene of the person making this claim than it does anything else.
You can not resoften the skin or reattach the foreskin. Once feeling in the tip of the penis has been reduced it stays reduced.

Nah, he seems to think circumcising means cutting off the tip and that it can somehow be reattached.
I think this is a troll post. Nobody says “hey, sex is good and all… let’s see what it’s like with a partial amputation! Nope, that’s no good, let’s just put the end of my pork sword back on there. It’s righty tighty, right?”
