Have steamed carpets here, that's an intentional passive aggressive act. If I didn't want to/ couldn't, I would kick it aside on the part I'd just cleaned. I hope you took this up with the company bc there's absolutely no need to do something like that.

They had some questions and they needed them answered immediately. They also completed a full body cavity search and are happy to report Lucius was clean.
