Same thing at multiple different spring training venues and MLB games this year. Not a vending machine but self-service drink and basic food items station with someone who just lurks there in case someone has a problem apparently. You take the items yourself you ring them up yourself, you pay yourself, then it asks for a tip.

Fake post. This pic is of a factory vending machine that dispenses office supplies, tools, PPE, equipment, and materials. This pic was first posted on the internet in 2017 advertising the dispensing machine using a reverse image search.
