I think I gave my sister cancer I don’t know what to do

Guys I’m freaking out and need advice. Basically I’ll start from the start. My class had a trip to California in March and I got souvenirs for my entire family. My older sister is in college and I got her some cute Hollywood themed mints which I gave her when she was home for spring break.

When she was here I realized how much I missed my sister. I hadn’t seen her since January and we used to be best friends but have grown apart a lil and it makes me sad. She’s a total science genius and my role model, the first one from my family to ever go to college and she’s got all of her stuff together so well.

I wanted to surprise her since I have a day off of school today and catch her after her classes so we could hang out and get some food or something. I drove down to her campus and when I got to her dorm I found the door open. When I walked in I was shocked to see my sister collapsed on the couch— I know her schedule and she has classes til 3pm on Friday, and she’s not the type to skip. When I got closer to her I also saw that her head was BALD. Complete bald. I started freaking out and yelling her name and shaking her because honestly I was now thinking she was dead. Thankfully she got up and smiled when she recognized me but then she immediately threw up on the floor. I kept asking her what was wrong and she just said “don’t tell mom and dad.” She looked terrible and didn’t say much else before going back to sleep and snoring in a really weird way.

I didn’t know what to do so I walked around her room and saw the mints I had given her. I opened them and they were empty. Then I saw on the back that there was a label which I didn’t see when I got them that said that the product contained chemicals that California says causes cancer. So I think that’s what’s going on with my sister. I think I gave her cancer. She could just have to flu but why would she lose all her hair. I’m crying just typing this. I don’t know what to do. I don’t have anyone to ask. I tried to post on ask a doctor but it’s not letting me. Please help. I should have checked those stupid mints before I bought them.
