Honestly, asking minimum-wage workers to sing for you when you're at their shift is one of the most annoying things I've ever heard of - unless you're 6 or something and ofc don't know better.
Now you asked her to sing it seductively as Marilyn Monroe! and you're wondering if you're in the right? You aren't.

Is that a service the restaurant offers? If not, you shouldn’t ask for it. This is like going into a retail store and asking someone to perform a little dance for you because it’s your birthday and they look like a dancer you are a fan of.

Someone hit us with this a couple of decades ago: Send out someone to sing happy birthday mr prez to a business group. So we sent out Kevin. Kevin is a lovely 300lb man with actually fantastic baritone. He went full ham on it. Got £40 out of them for that. Fun times.
