Yes because everybody thought our telegraphs would stop working because the turn of the century would reset the calendar in the telegraph to 0-0-0000

They have to be older than 119. 120 wouldn't even cut it because they would be too young to remember. 122 at minimum to remember, except they'd probably be way way way too old to actually remember at all. Also the oldest recorded human ever was 122. He's intentionally asking a question that cannot be answered. A common favorite tactic of mine
