Some systems already do this, however sometimes you have to think of how much pressure you might put against someone with less freedom

I already struggle recovering on a 2 day weekend so a one day weekend would be detrimental to both my physical and mental health
+I'm a catholic I still have to wake up on time so I can't sleep in no matter what
