I think my roommate (19M) is diluting my (20M) vodka with hand-sanitizer and water.
A couple nights ago, I was getting ready for my nightly routine: 4 shots of Dubra as a night-cap, smoke some weed, y'know. When I'm unscrewing the cap to the handle, though, I realize it's been opened even though I had bought it just a few hours ago. hmmm, I think, maybe the bottle was opened by someone at the store. But then! I take a shot and notice it tasted a bit..... off.
So I go to my roommate (we have a double) and ask him if he had opened it. He denied, but he seemed pretty drunk so I didn't trust him. I asked him to swear on the Holy Bible (he's a cath-o-lick). He, instead, ran away and I haven't seen him since.
Then, I find that a significant amount of our hand-sanitizer bottle had been emptied.
Am I crazy for suspecting he drank some and then filled it back up with hand-sanitizer and water? If so, what should I do?

Hand sanitiser is an alcohol, but it is not ethanol (ethane based, which we drink). It is isopropyl alcohol (or propanol) which is propane based and is poisonous.
Consuming isopropyl alcohol will make you drunk, and like regular alcohol it can kill you if you drink too much at once. The issue is that it is extremely irritating to your digestive tract so even if you drink small amounts it can give you stomach cramps, cause diarrhoea or give you internal bleeding in your stomach and intestines. Not a fun way to go.
Also many companies add other irritating chemicals to hand sanitiser to discourage people from drinking it. Likely ones that induce vomiting.
Some people here are talking about how your roommate owes you a new bottle of vodka. But, his selfish actions paired with his ignorance of poisons could have put you in hospital and ruined your digestive system.
