Eyeballs probably taste like hard boiled eggs

I saw Andrew Zimmern on Bizarre Foods eat a boiled sheep's eyeball in Mongolia. He ate it out of respect for his hosts (its considered a delicacy) but said it tasted horrible. Hard boiled eggs don't taste horrible.
