Tripping on fives this weekend. I'm 20. Any advice?

My boy jiv has just got a shipment of fives and he's offering me some. I've done some research and they seem relatively harmless, but I'm scared to mess up my mind. Can any experienced users confirm that they are not gonna fuck up my brain?
