► Memes can be funny, but as they can be made in a very short amount of time with little effort, there’s a growing trend with subreddits that allow them in which quality content is drowned out by memes or quick jokes. As a result, outside of Meme Day, memes are not allowed as submissions on the subreddit. They are however a perfect candidate for comment replies, and we encourage them in this respect.
