Gonna pretend you mean "a dinosaur skeleton".

Because I can't accept a reality where people think dinosaurs lived alongside humans, much less during recorded history.

Not sure which time line you're living in but in this one dinosaurs and humans never coexisted.

Actually, I believe you'll find that the city of Bedrock employed numerous dinosaurs in various public service capacities.

Might have come across some bones, though. Some people theorize that legends about dragons may have originated to explain ancient fossil finds.
