Brother in law got us this cannabis plant for our wedding but despite daily watering and using a UV light, it’s dying. Help!

That looks like an aloe not a cannabis plant. They don’t need to be watered everyday so maybe that’s what happened here.

That's an aloe, not cannabis. You don't water it for months.

Yep, aloe is a succulent. Overwatering even ONCE can kill them. And you killed this one so hard that I suspected this to be a troll post. However it happens frequently that people buy succulents and they already are slightly overwatered, then they take them home and give them some water = kill. Overwatered once it may take some weeks to die but the plant is already doomed

Quick question. Who told you that was a cannabis plant? They don't look anything like that.

Sorry it's dead, these only need water about once every one or two months. You loved it to death
