TIFU by taking a bet with my uncle

Long story short, my uncle offered me a bet: if I could flip a coin 5 times and get 4 heads or more, he would pay off my college debt. If I didn’t, I had to buy him 2 cases of beer. Pretty great bet for me right? Well he has a gambling addiction and has been clean for a year now so the risk was not just beer money, but also causing him to relapse.

Maybe I’m an asshole, but student loans are crushing me and I took the bet and.... lost. So I headed over to the local liquor store and got two cases of PBR. When I got to the cashier I realized that the guy running it was a kid I used to bully in high school. He knew I wasn’t 21 and called the cops.

I didn’t know what to do, but figuring running away was dumb, I waited for the cops, and when I got there I told them I was in the wrong store and this guy had a vendetta against me. Unfortunately, they searched me and found my fake.

I’m facing huge consequences.
