Czechoslovakia is not a thing since 1993. Also we do not have elephants running around (at least not in Czech Republic, can't speak for Slovakia) in such way that they would be able to stick their head into your window. There are like 20? of them in the whole country so this photo would definitely involve police and a lot of paperwork.
