Moses is the guy God gave the 10 Commandments to. God appeared as a cloud and told him those 10 rules and moses wrote them down on the stone tablets (paper hadn't been invented yet). Hence, he technically became the first one to download stuff on his tablet. Fun fact: the rosetta stone is believed to have been written on the back of one of the tablets, at least according to one of my history profs.

Much of what you are saying is wrong. The Rosetta stone is huge, it weighs 1680 lbs. and it’s only a fragment of a slightly larger stone. No way did Moses carry it off a mountain. And if there were two tablets, that is over 3000lbs…so the Jews carried over 1.5 tons around the desert for 40 years in the Ark? Papyrus and parchment existed before paper in Egypt for almost 2000 years before Moses time.
